		<description><![CDATA[Ah, festivals. Nice post. As the summer weeks have gone by I have looked at the calendar many a time and thought of the fireworks, beaches, festivals and merriment I am missing. I did a summer tour to take in the amazing summer matsuri in Akita and Aomori - that was a trip to remember.

But then I never went to a balloon fiesta or a harbour festival in Japan, and as for a boat bar which does 50 kinds of cider...maybe Bristol isnt so bad after all!]]></description>
